The care team will provide a positive living experience by observing The Health and Social Care Standards, Scotland.
They will do this by supporting the young people to achieve their potential, working together with the young person’s family members, supporting agencies and those who have been identified/nominated to support the young person in various roles.
The care team will advocate for our young people by upholding and promoting their rights and views and will support and encourage them to use their voice.
By providing a safe place where young people, they will have an opportunity to make positive changes, achieve their potential in life and find their place in the community.
